Bookings
- Your booking is confirmed once you receive the code, after online payment or after confirmation if you're paying on site.
- The cable takes one rider at a time: times are indicative and can slip. Your booking page always shows the current time.
- Please arrive about ten minutes early.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before: we credit the amount back for use within the season.
- Under 24 hours we look at it case by case — tell us and we usually find a way.
- For summer camps: the deposit is returned with at least seven days' notice.
Weather
Rain is fine. We only close for thunderstorms. If the activity is suspended, the ride is not lost.
- If you hold a package or the season pass, the ride goes back into your balance by itself: no call, no email.
- If you paid for that booking by card, we refund it or keep it aside for you, whichever you prefer — this one needs a line from you, because we have no way of guessing which.
Safety and fitness
- Helmet and life vest are compulsory and we provide them.
- You must be in a condition compatible with a water sport. If you have heart or joint problems, epilepsy or any other relevant condition, tell the instructor before going in.
- No access under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The instructor's instructions must be followed: they control the speed and decide when to stop a session.
- The activity takes place in deep water. You don't need to be a competitive swimmer, but you do need to be comfortable in water.
Minors
Under-18s take part only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. The minimum age for wakeboarding is 6.
Liability
Wakeboarding is a sport that carries a risk of falling and injury. By taking part you acknowledge this. The club is liable within the limits of the law for damage caused by its own fault and holds the required insurance cover; insurance is included both in the try-out package and in membership.
Photos and video
Photos and video may be taken during activities. If you'd rather not appear, just say so — there's no form to fill in.
How you pay
- By card when you book, or at the desk when you arrive: your choice.
- Card payments go through Stripe. Your card details never reach us and we do not store them.
- The receipt is issued by the club and reaches you by email. It is not an invoice: if you need one, ask before paying.
Changing your mind: the right of withdrawal
Buying at a distance normally gives you fourteen days to change your mind. For leisure activities booked for a specific date — a run, an hour of cable, a rental — that right does not apply: it is art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the same rule as a concert ticket or a booked dinner.
That is about the date, not about your money: our cancellation terms are more generous than the law requires, and they are written above. For run packages and the season pass, which are not tied to a single day, write to us and we'll work it out.
If something goes wrong
Write to lakeline0.0@gmail.com: a person answers. If we can't agree you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, and in any case, as a consumer, the competent court is the one where you live: no line in these terms can move it elsewhere.
Which terms apply
The ones you read on the day you book. If we change them, your booking stays governed by the ones you accepted: the rules don't change once the game has started.
Prices
Those published on the prices page apply and are final. For activities open to everyone VAT is included; those reserved for members fall under the club's institutional activity.
