From Lake Garda
From Riva and Torbole you drive up the Gardesana towards Trento: about thirty kilometres, forty minutes. If you kite or windsurf, it's the obvious move on the morning the wind doesn't show up and you're stuck on the beach waiting for the Ora: here you don't need wind at all, the cable does the pulling.
From Trento
Take the Gardesana road towards Riva del Garda, go through the Bus de Vela tunnel and take the Cadine exit right after the first tunnel, following signs for Terlago. Nine kilometres in total.
By campervan
The public car park by the lake is free and campervans use it regularly. There are no height restrictions on the access road.

Public, a few steps from the shore. Nothing like it exists on Lake Garda.

Part of the «Safe Beaches» scheme: lifeguards in summer.
Lake bar
Terrace over the water, sandwiches and piadine, draught beer.
If you're just watching
You pay nothing and you can see the whole line from the shore.
Staying nearby
On this same shore there's a campsite and a guesthouse with a restaurant, plus the Laghi di Lamar camping village just above.
Protected area
The lake sits in a biodiversity reserve: no engines, still water.
