This is a translation of the Italian notice. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
During lessons, training, events and other activities organised by the association, photographs and video recordings of participants may be taken.
Images in which the participant is recognisable may be used, only with consent, for documenting, communicating and promoting the association's activities, including through the website, the official social profiles and other communication material of the association.
Consent to publication
I consent
The participant authorises the association to publish and use photographs and/or video in which their image is recognisable, for the purposes and through the channels set out in this notice.
I do not consent
The participant does not authorise the publication and use of photographs and/or video in which their image is recognisable. Withholding consent does not affect participation in the activities in any way and involves no cost or limitation.
Minors
For participants who are minors, consent to the publication and use of the image is given by the parent or by whoever legally exercises responsibility for them. The choice made when booking or signing up refers to the image of the minor named in that booking.
Withdrawing consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the association at lakeline0.0@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of use made before it was communicated. Following withdrawal, the association will, as far as reasonably possible, stop using the images and remove them from the digital channels it manages directly.
